Conventional Oven Directions Combine and mix together bread mix and yeast in a large bowl.Add 1-1/2 cups of warm water and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon until soft dough forms.Knead mildly with hands for about 1 minute. Form a ball. cover with plastic. Let rise in warm area until dough size is doubled (about 1 hour).Turn dough out of bowl onto clean surface and with fingertips, gently flatten dough to remove air bubbles. Press dough into and 8" x 10" rectangle and from the short side, begin rolling dough to form a loaf. Gently transfer dough to lightly greased 9" x 5" loaf pan, seam side down. Cover with plastic and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 2 hours.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Remove plastic covering before baking. 38-45 minutes or until golden (Ovens vary, so check at lowest time range).Remove from pan and allow to coool on wire rack.
